Okay, so while comics may not seem very related to books to some people they are, in fact, called comic "books" for a reason. Anywho, I wanted to see what some of the small range of viewers thought on the subject of a raging debate within the Marvel Universe:
IS QUICKSILVER'S NAME PETER OR PIETRO?
Yeah, yeah, sounds pretty stupid. Actually, you'd be surprised how many people are absolutely fuming over this topic (I mean, besides me). And it should be a pretty simple answer, just go to Marvel wiki, only the two names have two back stories, two personalities, and come from different movies, the Avengers and X-Men. Which one is better? Well, I'll let you decide. Here are brief summaries of each person.
PETER MAXIMOFF

Movie: X-Men: Days of Future Past
Species: Mutant
Status: Alive
Ability: think and move at superhuman speeds
Equipped with: walkman, headphones, goggles (to protect his eyes while moving unbelievably fast)
Actor: Evan Peters
Characteristics: kleptomaniac (he's proficient at stealing), sarcastic, cheeky, witty, keeps himself entertained with thievery
Family:
Father=Erik Lensherr (aka Magneto)
Mother= no name
Younger sister= no name
Scene best know for:
PIETRO MAXIMOFF

Movie: Avengers: Age of Ultron
Species: Human. Superpowers were the result of tests.
Status: Dead...apparently. He didn't even make it through the only Avengers movie he was in. He didn't even get 27 minutes of screen time.
Ability: Superhuman speed + Bilingual (English and Sokovian)
Equipped with: Nothing.
Actor: Aaron Taylor-Johnson
Characteristics: Eastern European, funny, besties with Hawkeye
Family: Twin sister= Wanda Maximoff (aka Scarlet Witch)
Scene best known for: Death scene, but here's a peak at who "the twins" are.
And there you have it! Peter and Pietro. Be sure to leave your vote in the comments and get your friends voting as well. Who is better: Peter Maximoff from X-Men or Pietro Maximoff from the Avengers?
